Driving Forward is an exciting new course commencing in September 2014. The training programme will give you new qualifications and boost your CV.
Who can take part in the Driving Forward Programme?
18 to 25 year olds from the Ballinamore, Kinlough, Manorhamilton and surrounding areas that:
· have basic English difficulties including dyslexia,
· want to improve their reading, writing and computer skills or,
· left school early.
What kind of training will you get?
Coaching qualifications in GAA, Soccer, Rugby. Training in First Aid, Safe Pass and interview skills.
You will also receive extensive Basic English and Computer training including Driver Theory Test preparation.
Is there a cost to take part in any of the courses?
No, the Driving Forward Programme is free to participants. (Courses and training are worth over €600)
All courses will take place in Leitrim.
